just me...thanks to Him

Why that title? Because it sums up who I am today. Short, simple, to the point. No frills, no fluff...just me. Just me is all I ever really wanted to be. Problem was that just me never seemed good enough. I wanted to add stuff, do stuff, impress people, be more. Thanks to Him, I have fully embraced just me. I love her, just as she is. God has allowed me to see her as He sees her. Made, from day one, with everything she needs to be more than enough. The closer I get to Him, the more just me I become. The more just me I become, the more I get to become like Him. Amazing really.

So here I am. With all thanks and glory to God, I get to go on being just me.

  1. I am so happy you are back!! I used to get irritated when I would visit your blog and you hadn't written anything new...seriously, your writing then was addictive, so I can ONLY imagine how powerful it is really going to be now.

Yesterday in Healing Touch class, they began the class by having all of us pull a card out of a pile on the floor, and share what our card said and what it meant to us. Here is what my card said; "The power of our word comes directly from God, and faith is the force that directs this power. Everything in our virtual reality is created for the word. We use the word for the creation of our story, to make sense out of everything we experience."

Our truth, love, and ultimately power in this world is not from the sharing of our personal beliefs per-say, but in the truth and love in sharing our stories. Our stories are our most important gift from God, that when shared with others, have the power and ability to change lives, and the world around us.

I love you with every ounce of my being sister. You are one of my greatest gifts, and I am thankful for you every single day of my life.
